ABSTRACT

Policing has long been recognized as a stressful, emotionally wearisome, and sometimes dangerous occupation. An imbalance in work life and other aspects of life is related to several harmful outcomes for officers, and ultimately to police organizations and nation at large. Various workplace factors have been studied to see what relationship they have with WLB (work life balance) of police officers. There has been far less research on how family related variables might be linked to WLB of police officers. Thus, keeping this fact in mind, this research work sought to discover the nexus of various family related variables with wok life balance of police personnel. Data wa gathered from781police personnel of Grade-II employed in Himachal Pradesh, India. Various statistical tools viz. ABSTRACT

During the recent downfall in the economy more and more people have been opting for MLM businesses. Considering the fact that it allows individuals to be independent, a lot of people are attracted to this prospect. As long as people are sure that they know about the goods and services that the company offers and are sure that it is not a scam, MLM business will grow to heights in the near future, especially since the demand for good quality products are increasing and people are craving more independence in their careers. This study mainly focuses on assessing the perception of the general public about the network marketing companies.
