IMIS, Bhubaneswar, is organizing the 2nd International Conference on Happiness and Well-Being (ICHWB-2025): Cultivating Global Corporate Well-Being for a Sustainable Future, a unique platform that unites thought leaders, researchers, and practitioners from around the globe to address the multidimensional aspects of happiness. In today's dynamic world, where technological advancements and societal complexities coexist, the pursuit of happiness and well-being emerges as a shared goal transcending borders, disciplines, and generations. Scheduled to be held on 28th February and 1st March 2025, this hybrid conference seeks to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation in understanding and promoting well-being. By exploring themes ranging from mental health and organizational happiness to sustainability and cultural philosophies, the event promises actionable insights and strategies for building thriving communities. By hosting this global event, IMIS, Bhubaneswar, aspires to contribute significantly to the discourse on happiness and well-being, creating ripples of positive change across communities and institutions worldwide.
Call for Papers
The 2025 IMIS International Conference on Happiness and Well-Being (ICHWB-2025) welcomes abstracts, extended abstracts or full papers pertaining to the Conference Theme in the field of Business, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Economics, and Social Sciences, from scholars and authors in the global research community. All papers should represent original work that has not been published or presented at other conferences previously. Authors may choose any of the Conference tracks for preparing their submission.

All abstracts / extended abstracts are to be sent through email: [email protected] latest by 5 February 2025.
After the acceptance of the abstracts / extended abstracts, authors may sendfull papers (optional) through email [email protected] latest by 15 February 2025.

Publication Opportunities
After undergoing a peer review process, chosen papers will be submitted for publication in an edited book. The book will be assigned an ISBN number and published by a well-known publishing house, with further details to be announced in due course. All formatting and review process of the publishing house will need to be adhered to along with copy right policy. Authors have to mandatorily follow publication house guidelines for publication. Any publication or processing fees required by the publishers has to be paid by respective authors. Any form of plagiarism will result in the rejection of the paper for publication.
