A section named "Motivational" added much attraction to the fair. Almost all the book sections were arranged by Term-I students of PGDM 2022-24 batch. There were more than 300 hundred books on display and out of which more than 60 books were sold within a span of 3 hours.
The fair remained open from 2.00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Several students, faculty members and alumni visited the fair. It was a great opportunity of having varied choice of books. Students have shown interest for holding more such events through which they can expand their field of knowledge. The amount of sale of books was also beyond the expectations, as expressed by the representatives of Oxford Book Store. The manager of Oxford Book Store reported that they could sell books of Rs. 12150/- during the event.
The students of PGDM Term-I deserves acknowledgement as they showed their best managerial skills to execute the plans efficiently and successfully. We are thankful to library staffs whose continuous support in every aspect of the event made our endeavour fruitful. We also remain grateful to our LAC (Library Advisory Committee) members for their timely suggestions. Last but not the least we remain obliged to the Management of IMIS for being a constant support for all our programs.
